Our QR Code Manager is available as a White Label Platform. Brand your account with your logo and use our platform under your domain. As an administrator you can create user accounts and set the number of QR Codes each user is allowed to generate.

User Management
The platform has a multi-tenant architecture. As the administrator of the platform you can create as many user accounts for your employees or customers as you want. For each user, you can specify whether and how many QR codes or mobile sites he is allowed to generate.
You can create up to 250 QR Codes and 250 landing pages per user. If you need more you can apply for a custom quote.
As an agency, you can grant exclusive access for each of your clients and provide them with all relevant statistics of their QR Code campaigns.
With the included language tool, you can translate the whole platform into any custom language. You can then assign your custom language settings to any user account.

Instead of our domain qrplanet.com you can use a custom domain and your customers will never see any reference to qrplanet.com anymore. Your QR Codes will also include your custom domain instead of qrplanet.com.

Geo-Targeting
When you are a multi-national corporation, you may want to deliver different content to specific countries. With Geo-targeting you can create QR Codes with Multi-URLs that redirect the user to a specific website depending from which country he is scanning the QR Code.

When you create a dynamic QR Code, you can use third-party plug-ins for tracking and retargeting after a QR Code is scanned. We support among others:

Our service offers an optional consent popup that is displayed to the user before third-party cookies are stored in order to track GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Multi Languages
The platform speaks by default English, German, Spanish, Swedish and Portuguese. With the included language tool, you can translate the whole platform into any custom language. You can then assign your custom language settings to any user account.
You can also select between different currencies and measurement systems (metric or imperial) to be displayed on your landing pages.
The platform also supports RTL (right to left) for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu scripts.
QR Code Campaigns
Create dynamic QR Codes and edit their target URL anytime without the need to print the QR Code again.
You can organise your QR Code campaigns easily in folders per drag & drop.
Landing Pages

In the User API of a White Label Account you can create QR Codes, manipulate the target URL or delete existing QR Codes.
You can set additional parameters for each QR Code like description and title, enable GPS tracking function for a QR Code or activate the email/SMS notification and retrieve scanning statistics.
As an administrator of the White Label platform you are also able to create and manage users through the Administrator API.
FAQ
Will my QR Codes work if you stop your service one day?
Yes. In the unlikely case our service is shut down one day, all created QR Codes under your domain name continue to work, because you are the owner of your custom domain. You can always use the backup feature in the account section to get all your QR Code data in CSV format and landing pages in static HTML. You will even find a code snippet for a basic URL forwarder there. Copy that snippet on a server of yours point your custom domain there and your QR Codes will continue to work. However, please note that if you run the white label platform under your domain you must renew your domain name as long you want your existing QR Codes and landing pages to be alive.

Yes. After the trial ends, the account will be deactivated, and you are not able to login into your account unless you unlock your account with your credit card. By no later than 28 days after the trial ends, all data (including QR Codes) of the account will be deleted. Read more under our Terms of Service
However: Once you have subscribed and you have been a customer for at least one year your QR Codes will not expire, even after you have terminated your membership.
Does the white label plan come with free trials I can use for my clients?
No. You must handle the trial for your users yourself. You can set the status of a user to active or deactivate him for your dashboard your programmatically by using the Administrator API. All users that are active are billed on a monthly basis, no matter if you have them in trial or not.
Do you provide an SSL Certificate once I use my own domain?
Yes. We support SSL certificates from letsencrypt.org for your custom white label domain. Once you successfully setup your custom domain, we will add an SSL certificate to your domain within the next 48 hours.
I would like to use material from your website for selling your QR Code service to my clients. Can I do this?
We don't have any sales support materials. However, you can copy materials from our website. Please do not copy it 1:1. If you just duplicate content, Google will penalize your website by ranking it badly.
I would like to resell your service in my country. Can you give me exclusive rights?
We do not license or give any exclusive rights to other organizations. However, let us know if you plan to rollout your white label platform to your customers. We can give you special discounts or packages, depending on the number of your clients.
I would like to purchase your platform to host on my own server. What is the price or license costs?
We do not sell or license our software to be hosted on third party servers.
Do you have an affiliate program that allows me to sell the white label platform to other resellers that want their own white label platform?
We do not support an affiliate program for re-selling white label platforms.
How do I invoice users that I create in my account?
You cannot invoice your users through our platform. However, there are many services like fastspring.com that offer you reoccurring billing and subscription management.

Pricing
The basic fee for the platform is 35 U$ per month on annual payment. For every created user additional 5 U$ per month will be charged.
- The portal fee will be charged in advance.
- The fee for each user will be charged retrospectively from their creation date on the next invoice or when the account is closed.
You have a 30-days evaluation period to test the platform with all features enabled. The billing is on a quarterly or annual basis, but you can quit our service at the end of every month. All prices quoted exclude VAT. You can download all invoices as pdf documents from your account. For companies outside the EU or companies with a valid VATID in the EU outside of Austria we do not charge VAT.
Startups, Academic and non-profits Discounts
We want to help you to grow your project and contribute our share to academical and non-profit institutions.
- Startups: Extra -20% discount on all premium plans (premium or white label) for the first year for startups that were founded no more than 2 years ago
- Non-profit organizations and academical institutions: Extra -10% discount on top of any of our premium plans (Starter, Premium or White Label)
Discounts apply only when annual billed.
Eligibility: Before entering your payment info please contact us so we can review your application and apply the discount.
Payment methods
You can easily pay with your credit card or PayPal. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. You only need to enter your credit card information once. After succesful authorizing your credit card, the portal fee is automatically debited from your card once per quarter. When signing up for a one year contract for a premium or white label plan, we accept bank transfer as well. However, when paying with bank transfer no annual discount can be given.
Credit card payments are protected via 256-bit SSL certificate to encrypt your information when you send it to us. We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date to inform you, before your card gets expired.
