User Management

The platform has a multi-tenant architecture. As the administrator of the platform you can create as many user accounts for your employees or customers as you want. For each user, you can specify whether and how many QR Codes or mobile sites he is allowed to generate.

You can create up to 250 QR Codes and 100 landing pages per user. If you need more you can apply for a custom quote.

As an agency, you can grant exclusive access for each of your clients and provide them with all relevant statistics of their QR Code campaigns.

With the included language tool, you can translate the whole platform into any custom language. You can then assign your custom language settings to any user account.

Domain Masking

Instead of our domain qrplanet.com you can use a custom domain and your customers will never see any reference to qrplanet.com anymore. Your QR Codes will also include your custom domain instead of qrplanet.com.

Not only the platform itself can run under your own domain - You can also assign a separate domain for each customer, for example:

The platform speaks by default English, German, Spanish, Swedish and Portuguese. With the included language tool, you can translate the whole platform into any custom language. You can then assign your custom language settings to any user account.

You can also select between different currencies and measurement systems (metric or imperial) to be displayed on your landing pages.

The platform also supports RTL (right to left) for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu scripts.

DEVELOPER ACCESS

API Integration

In the User API of a White Label Account you can create QR Codes, manipulate the target URL or delete existing QR Codes.

You can set additional parameters for each QR Code like description and title, enable GPS tracking function for a QR Code or activate the email/SMS notification and retrieve scanning statistics.

As an administrator of the White Label platform you are also able to create and manage users through the Administrator API.

The basic fee for the platform is 35 U$ per month on annual payment. For every created user additional 5 U$ per month will be charged.

The portal fee will be charged in advance.
The fee for each user will be charged retrospectively from their creation date on the next invoice or when the account is closed.

You can easily pay with your credit card or PayPal. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Automatic, hassle-free biling
You only need to enter your credit card information once. After succesful authorizing your credit card, the portal fee is automatically debited from your card once per quarter.
Additional payment option
When signing up for a one year contract for a premium or white label plan, we accept bank transfer as well. However, when paying with bank transfer no annual discount can be given.

Credit card payments are protected via 256-bit SSL certificate to encrypt your information when you send it to us.

We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date to inform you, before your card gets expired.

How does the pricing work for white label plans?

Our platform speaks German, English, Spanish, Português, Swedish, French, Italian, and Catalan out of the box. If you have our White Label plan, you can add any custom language to your account or even overwrite each element on the platform with your own words.

I'm an agency. Can I resell your solution to my customers?

Yes. We offer a White Label solution which will allow you to use your own subdomain, look and feel and create independent accounts.

Domain Masking

Using your own domain is probably to the main reason why a company goes for a White Label account. For technical and security reasons, this will require some setup in your DNS settings.

Go to your Branding > Production domain section of your White Label admin dashboard. Create a CNAME entry pointing to <YOUR_HASH_ID>.webapp-portal.com for your subdomain.

You can start by giving the platform your own name, add your logo, favicon and use your own colors. You can set your own custom domain and language.

I would like to purchase your platform to host on my own server. What is the price or license costs?

We do not sell or license our software to be hosted on third party servers.

Do you have any kind of affiliate program?

We do not support an affiliate program for re-selling white label platforms.
