Our Backups are stored on-site in an environment protected by appropriate security measures up to current security standards.

Do you perform regular backups of Scoped Systems and Data?

Yes, but our backups containing Scoped Data are stored on-site, in an environment where the security controls are equivalent to production environment security.

Do you test your backups' integrity regularly?

Yes. QR Planet's backup integrity and all related restoration procedures are tested at least annually and reviewed by management and appropriate consultants.

Do you review and resolve encountered backup and replication errors appropriatly?

All backup or replication errors are reviewed by management and appropriate consultants, and resolved in accordance with internal policies and compliance needs.

Do you store backup image snapshots containing Scoped Data in an environment where the security controls protecting them are commensurate?

All backup images are encrypted to industry standards and stored in a physically secured environment, and are only accessible on a need-to basis.
