Yes. QR Planet's formal Information Technology Disaster Recovery Program has been documented and implented as part of our regularly reviewed Vulerability Management Policy, any applicable compliance requirements and common best practices.

It includes scheduled exercises and tests of all information technology systems and environments. The results are reviewed by management and appropriate consultants and all necessary steps identified are switfly being taken  to resolve any possible issue.

Do you have a Physical Security Program in place?

QR Planet's physical security program has been approved by management and was communicated to all appropriate constituents. Management maintains the program.

Do you have physical security controls for all secured facilities in place?

Yes. Access control and monitoring systems are defined and operational. Regular testings, including penetration tests, are performed by qualified 3rd parties.

Do you have environmental controls in place to protect computers and other physical assets in your secured facilities?

Yes in regards to our servers, that are located in an external ISO-27001-certified data center up to current standards (Hetzner).

Do you regularly schedule planned disaster recovery exercises and tests?

In accordance with QR Planet's relevant internal Policies and all compliance requirements, planned disaster recovery exercises and tests are scheduled annually.

Do you have a Vulnerability Management Policy in place?

QR Planet's vulnerability management policy has been approved by management and was communicated to all appropriate constituents and it has an owner assigned.
