Do your subcontractors have access to Scoped Systems and Data or to facilities processing the same?

Yes. If necessary, entities contracted by QR Planet (e.g. Hetzner Online GmbH) have access to our Scoped Systems and Data. However, we have DPA contracts in accordance with common best practices with all our subcontractors in place, also ensuring full compliance with any relevant rule set (e.g. the GDPR).
