Does the White Label plan come with free trials I can use for my clients?

No. You must handle the trial for your users yourself. You can set the status of a user to active or deactivate him for your dashboard your programmatically by using the Administrator API. All users that are active are billed on a monthly basis, no matter if you have them in trial or not.
