No. We update our platform almost every day with new features and bug fixes. There is no downtime during an update since we are using failover systems.
So when a server A is updated another server B kicks in during the update until the update on Server A is finished.
All updates are always backwards compatible concerning SSO, API, Webhooks and Integrations. This means there is no need to change anything in your configuration or scripts accessing our platform.
