Am I required to pay VAT?

As a company in an EU country outside Austria, with a valid VAT number, name and address we issue your invoices without VAT.

You can enter your VAT number in your account settings. We will validate the number automatically, if the VAT number is valid and the address and company name matches with the information deposited in the tax office. Once approved all invoices not older than 31 days will be issued without VAT and VAT already paid will be refunded.

All invoices for customers outside the EU are issued without VAT.
