Yes, albeit all our all used devices and their respective owners (employees, consultants) within QR Planet'S environments and networks are known to management (as we are a small LLC). Each device is protected by anti-virus and anti-malware software, which is reviewed regularly.

Thus, any potential vulnerability can be identified and corrected switfly.

Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets or Smartphones may be used for transmitting, processing or storing Scoped Data in accordance to all relevant rule sets.

Yes. All used devices and their respective owners (employees, consultants) are known to management. Activity alerts are reviewed and actioned at least weekly.

Yes. QR Planet's Anti-Malware & Anti-Virus Policy has been approved by management and was communicated to all appropriate Constituents. The policy is maintained.

Does your Anti-Malware & Anti-Virus Policy include defined operating systems that require antivirus?

Yes. All operating systems' susceptibility to malware are identified and appropriately secured with antivirus software according to all role-based requirements.

Do you mandate a maximum interval between the availability of a new anti-malware signature update and its deployment?

Yes. The policy-mandated interval between an anti-malware signature update and its deplyment may not exceed 24 hours within QR Planet's environment and network.
