Yes. Both physical and remote access to all of QR Planet's systems, whether storing or processing scoped or other data, is restricted on a need-to-access-basis. Our servers are located in an ISO-27001-certified data center, up to current security standards, thus not allowing any unauthorized access to any of our data.

Do you have a Physical Security Program in place?

QR Planet's physical security program has been approved by management and was communicated to all appropriate constituents. Management maintains the program.

Do you have physical security controls for all secured facilities in place?

Yes. Access control and monitoring systems are defined and operational. Regular testings, including penetration tests, are performed by qualified 3rd parties.

Do you permit visitors in the facility?

Yes. Visitors may be permitted into our or our partner's facilites. Prerequisition is an advanced registration and supervision by appropriate constituents.

Do your Scoped Systems and Data reside within a data center requiring the use of screensavers or locks on unattended system displays or consoles?

Yes. Any console or display is physically secured within the data center and also needs to have screensavers and passwords active when unattended.

Do you have an Access Control Policy in place?

QR Planet's Access Control Policy has been developed in accordance with all relevent compliance requirements and current standards and is subject to reviews.
