A-Record support for white label domain is discontinued from 1st of January 2024
This post is only relevant to you, if you are a white label customer and you are using a custom domain that has an A-Record set.

Due to the expansion of our server infrastructure, the use of A-Records will no longer be supported soon.

The current IP address you are using for the A-Record will be available until the end of the year on December 31, 2023 at the latest.

For a continued access to the platform, please set up a CNAME-Record for the domain and remove the A-record.

If creating a CNAME entry for your root domain is not possible at your current registrar, please sign up for Cloudflare's Free Plan. Cloudflare allows you to set a CNAME-Record to your root domain in a GDPR-compliant manner.

You can find detailed instructions here.

This process will cause no downtime and your domain will stay with your current registrar.
