Yes. End User Devices within QR Planet's environment and networks (e.g. Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets or Smartphones) may be used for transmitting, processing or storing Scoped Data in accordance to all relevant internal Policies and with all applicable compliance requirements.

End user devices under QR Planet's purview are up to the security configration standards documented in our Device, Network Security and Anti-Malware Policies.

Are Activity alerts appropriately handled at least weekly for all end user devices?

all used devices and their respective users (employees, consultants) are known to management. Activity alerts are reviewed and actioned at least weekly.

Are defined procedures in place to appropriately handle systems without anti-virus at least weekly for all end user devices?

Yes. Devices within our environment and networks are protected by anti-virus software. Any potential vulnerbality can be identified and corrected switfly.

Are there documented policies in place to ensure that processing client scoped data is limited, and in compliance with applicable law?

QR Planet is fully GDPR complient. Access, transmission, processing, disclosure, and retention of client scoped data is in compliance with applicable law.

Are Servers used for transmitting, processing or storing Scoped Data?

Yes, we employ servers which transmit, process and store Scoped Data and which meet all relevant security and compliance criteria according to current standards
