How do I turn off the auto renewal of the current plan?

When you subscribe to a paid plan and you set your credit card as a payment method, we charge your credit card on a recurring basis.

There are several ways you can avoid being charged on your credit card on a recurring basis.

Go to the Payments section and click Remove Credit Card.

Attention: If you remove the credit card, your account will be blocked if we cannot debit the outstanding amount from your next bill within 30 days.

If you don't want to be charged on a recurring basis, please go to the payment section and select PayPal as payment method.

As an alternative you can go to your account settings and click on terminate your account. In the termination dialog select the option Leave the account active until the end of the contract period. After the end of the contract period, your account will be automatically deactivated and you will not be invoiced anymore.
