Session Management Security

Depending on which plan a user signs up on our platform, we offer various security measures for keeping the accounts protected.

• Session time out is 30 minutes
• Minimum Password length are 6 characters
  
• Accounts can be recovered with a one-time login link

We do not offer advanced security features for free users and they are responsible for logging in/out of their account.

Starter, Premium and White Label plans allow users to set Two-factor-authentication (2FA) in their accounts.

Additionally, White Label plan allows administrators of the account to set a specific time period (in minutes) to automatically end the session.

Administrator can also logout current logged in users from the admin dashboard.
