What payment methods do you accept?

We support American Express, VISA or Master Card. After you have authorized your credit card, we automatically charge the monthly fee from your credit card reoccuring once a quarter or on an annual basis.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, we will send you the invoice by email. In the mail, you will also find a link to PayPal, which you must click to pay the invoice manually.

We do not accept money sent from your Paypal account to our Paypal account directly. Please only use the yellow Pay with PayPal button next to an open invoice in the payment section of your account.

If you have accidentally made a direct payment please follow the link How do I cancel a payment.  The payment should be automatically reversed after 30 days as we do not accept them from our end.

We support wire transfer on annual payment. Payment is upfront and no discounts can be given. If you are outside of the EU we charge 10% on top of the monthly fee plus a $10 transaction fee.

Regardless of which payment method you choose, your account will not be activated until we have received the outstanding payment.

Once a payment has been done via bank transfer it can only be refunded with an additional fee of 30€.
