QR Planet gives you everything you need to create professional, branded QR Codes at any scale. This article walks you through three powerful features: embedding your logo directly into a QR Code, turning any QR Code into a lead capture form, and generating large volumes of codes in a single batch operation.

Add your logo to QR Codes

Embedding your logo directly into a QR Code is one of the most effective ways to reinforce brand recognition at every scan. Instead of a generic black-and-white pattern, users immediately see a familiar visual cue that builds trust and signals where the QR Code will take them. QR Planet offers two distinct logo placement modes to fit your design needs:
  • Centered logo: your logo is placed in the center of the QR Code, the most common and recognizable format. It works with any logo shape and keeps the code fully scannable, as the built-in error correction compensates for the covered area.
  • Logo as background: your logo or image is used as a subtle backdrop behind the entire QR Code pattern, creating a visually striking result that blends branding and functionality in a single graphic.
  • Upload your own or choose from a library: you can upload a custom logo (PNG, JPG, or preferably SVG for crisp output at any size) or select from QR Planet's built-in logo collection.
  • Automatic error correction adjustment: when a logo is added, the error correction level is automatically set to the highest value (H) to ensure the code remains scannable despite the logo overlay.
  • Background removal: you can strip the background from your logo so it integrates cleanly with the QR Code pixels rather than sitting on top of them as a white box.
  • Size control: logo size is fully adjustable; keeping it proportionate is important, as an oversized logo will make the code unreadable while one that is too small loses its branding impact.

Lead form QR Codes

QR Planet's built-in Lead Landing Page editor lets you turn any QR Code into a fully functional lead capture form - no external form builder or third-party page required. A scan takes the user directly to a branded, mobile-optimized page where they can submit their contact details in seconds. Everything is collected and stored in your account, ready to export or pipe into your CRM.

  • Fully customizable fields: combine text, email, phone, number, date, radio buttons, checkboxes, and text areas into any form structure you need.
  • Mandatory name and email by default: ensuring every submission is a usable lead; additional required fields can be configured via custom HTML/CSS.
  • GDPR/CCPA compliance built in: add a privacy policy link and consent checkboxes directly in the editor to stay compliant without extra tooling.
  • CRM and email marketing integrations: connect Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Rapidmail, and others to push leads into your existing workflows automatically.
  • Coupon integration: pair your form with a QR Coupon to issue a one-time redeemable voucher to every person who submits their details.
  • Embeddable: the lead form can also be embedded directly into your own website if needed.
  • Referral QR Code injection: each submission automatically includes which QR Code triggered the scan, giving you full attribution across multiple campaigns.

    On Submit: 4 possible behaviors

After a user fills out and submits the form, you choose what happens next:
    1. Redirect URL: send the user directly to any destination (e.g. a thank-you page, product page, or download).
    2. Send a reward link via email: deliver a PDF, video, or any digital asset to the user's inbox as an incentive for sharing their data.
    3. Send a coupon via email: issue a one-time redeemable QR Coupon automatically upon registration.
    4. Do nothing: the submission is stored silently as a new lead; a customizable success message can be shown to the user in any of the four cases.
In addition, you can enable webhook firing on every submission to trigger any custom business logic, and activate lead notifications to receive an email alert each time someone signs up.
Prefer to use a form tool you already know? If your team works with Google Forms or Microsoft Forms, you can embed those directly via a QR Code as well - no migration needed. Visit our page on QR Code Forms for more details on linking external forms to a QR Code.

    Mass-creation of QR Codes

When you need dozens, hundreds, or thousands of QR Codes at once, creating them one by one is not an option. QR Planet's Batch QR Code Generator lets you produce large volumes of unique, individually branded QR Codes in a single operation - by uploading a CSV file, using the bulk generator directly in your account, or automating the process via API.
    • CSV import: upload a spreadsheet with URLs, contact data, or product information and each row becomes its own QR Code, automatically labeled and ready to use.
    • Unique IDs per code: each QR Code can encode a unique identifier, enabling precise per-recipient or per-item tracking at scale.
    • Branded in bulk: apply a designer template with your logo and brand colors to the entire batch at once; output is available in print-ready vector formats (SVG, PDF, EPS) with CMYK color profile support.
    • Single ZIP download: the entire batch is packaged into one ZIP file containing every QR Code in your chosen format (PNG, SVG, or EPS), with optional labels printed directly beneath each code.
    • Static and dynamic in one workflow: generate static QR Codes for fixed content or dynamic QR Codes whose destination URLs can be updated after printing, without reprinting the codes.
    • API integration: the full batch process can be automated via the QR Planet API for high-volume or recurring use cases.
    • Practical use cases out of the box: digital business cards from Outlook contacts, product landing pages from a product catalog, personalized direct mail campaigns, one-time redeemable vouchers, and name badges for events and trade fairs.
