Yes, you can disable the tracking of dynamic QR Codes. Even we track fully GDPR compliant, and we do not store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) you may want to disable tracking to meet your local privacy standards.
What data is stored when tracking?
When a user scans a QR Code we usually use the IP address to identify the country where the user is from. We also analyze the user agent of the device that scans the QR Code. We extract the brand, model, browser, language and operation system from the user agent.
After a scan the IP address is anonymized and the user agent string is discarded. We do not store a cookie on the user's device, nor we use browser fingerprinting techniques to identify the user.
How can I disable the tracking?
This feature is only available for white label and enterprise customers
1. Login your account
Login into your account. The user agent tracking can only be deactivated in white label or enterprise accounts. Tracking is turned on by default.

Limited Statistics
