Yes. Mobile devices not owned or managed by QR Planet may be used to access scoped data (e.g., via a web app or mobile browser). However, we enforce strict security measures, such as two-factor authentication (2FA) and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to ensure data is protected on all devices, including constituent-owned ones.

Corporate E-mail accounts may be accessed by them. We use an Exchange server with multi-factor authentication which is up to current security standards. Individual access rights may be revoced at any time.

End user devices under QR Planet's purview are up to the security configration standards documented in our Device, Network Security and Anti-Malware Policies.

Do you have a mobile device management program in place?

As a small LLC, all used devices and their respective users (employees, consultants) are known to management and rules of governance are communicated to users.

Do you have a Wireless Policy in place?

QR Planet's wireless policy has been approved by management and was communicated to all appropriate constituents. An owner has been assigned.
