Yes. We depend on our ISO 27001-certified infrastructure provider, Hetzner, who is based in Germany and is a leading European provider for cloud computing with a total of five data centers. Any disruption of service within their purview must be reported to QR Planet immediatly and processes have been established to ensure business continuity at all times.

No. As a small LLC, all of QR Planet's operational partners are known to management and are being carefully assessed and monitored. No formalization necessary.

Formal agreements have been established for third-parties to provide immediate notification of a disruption that impacts any of their services rendered to us.

Yes. Data processing agreements defining scope, purpose and limitatios of data processing activities are established with third parties.

Is your Cloud Service Provider certified by an independent third party to ensure compliance with domestic and international control standards?

Yes. All server infrastructure runs through our ISO-certified partner Hetzner. Regular audits will be performed to verify that Hetzner's ISMS remains current.
