How do I reset or clear my QR Code statistics?

If you want to delete your test scans you can reset them all at once or delete individual scans.

When you click on options, you will see a list of menu items for the selected QR Code or Landingpage.

When you click on Reset and after confirming the reset dialog, all tracking data will be set to zero at once. This step cannot be undone.

You can also delete specific test scans so that they don't mess up the statistics.

When you click on Options, you will see a list of menu items for the selected QR Code or Landingpage.

Click on the Statistics menu item in the options menu of the selected QR Code.

If you are on the statistic page of a QR Code please scroll down to the Requests section. In the list of requests, click on the trash icon on the right to delete a specific scan. To be on the safe side, you will be asked again whether you really want to delete the scan. After confirmation, the scan will be permanently removed and this step cannot be undone.
