Do I get a reminder before my account expires?

Yes, you will receive a reminder 1 week before the trial ends via e-mail. You will also receive an information e-mail when your account is deactivated.

Are there any limitations in the trial period?

In free trial period you cannot import QR Codes from free accounts, import more than 3 QR Codes at once or import vCards.

Will my current QR Codes work when I activate my account?

Yes. Once you enter a payment method an invoice will be created. If the invoice is paid your account will be activated and your QR Codes will continue to work.

Will I be charged for the days of the trial period that I do not use?

No. You will not be charged for the first 30 days even if you enter your payment info before the trial period is over.

Can I extend my trial period? I need more time to evaluate my platform.

Once the trial period is over, the account will be automatically deactivated. If you need more time for some specific reasons, please contact our support team.

Will the contents of my trial account be available when I reactivate my trial account?

Yes. All QR Codes, landing pages and statistics that you created during your trial will show up in your account once you reactivate your account.

Will my QR codes work if I do not subscribe after the trial period?

No, if you do not enter a payment method before the 30 days of the trial period, the account will be automatically deactivated.

Do I have to terminate the trial account or will it get automatically deactivated?

The trial period for paid accounts is non-binding and the account will be automatically deactivated after 30 days if you do not sign up for a membership.
