Can I embed multiple PDF files in a QR Code?

Yes. First upload your PDF files to the media library. Then go to the Landing Page section and create a Custom Landing Page. After you have created the page, switch to the Call-2-Action-Buttons tab and create a button for each PDF file. The link to a PDF file is shown in the media library when you click on a PDF file.

You can also assign a title or add any text to your landing page like shown in the example below.
