Single Sign On for your team
Connect your IDP to your QR Planet account QR Planet supports Single Sign On (SSO) via SAML 2.0, so your employees can access the platform with the credentials they already use in your network. Instead of managing a separate password, users sign in through your company's Identity Provider (IDP).
You decide how your IDP users map to the platform: as individual users, or as subaccounts that can work under several White Label users, for example one per department, brand or country. Access rights for admins, managers and team leaders can be controlled directly from your IDP. SSO is available by default for Enterprise customers, and as an add-on for White Label accounts.
- Sign in with company credentials through your Identity Provider (SAML 2.0)

- Two mapping models: one IDP user to one platform user (1:1), or one IDP user to multiple White Label users (1:n)

GS1 Transition QR Codes
Bridging old and new barcodes: the Transition QR Code You don't have to choose between compliance today and readiness for tomorrow. During the migration window around Sunrise 2027, many brands are printing a GS1 Digital Link QR Code directly alongside their existing linear barcode (EAN/UPC) on the same product or packaging - an approach known as dual marking or Transition QR Codes.
This isn't a workaround - it's the officially recommended path for exactly this reason: point-of-sale infrastructure won't upgrade to 2D scanning uniformly or overnight. Dual marking keeps every product scannable everywhere, today, while quietly future-proofing it for what's coming tomorrow.

Using your logo as a QR Code's background
Always test your QR Codes, especially when going for more extravagant designs! You can upload an image - such as your logo - and set it as the background of your QR Code, instead of just placing it in the center. This opens up more creative, branded designs where the logo isn't just a small element but part of the whole Code.
Please keep in mind this is an experimental feature, and background images can affect how reliably the code scans, so testing with multiple devices/apps before any large print run is highly recommended.
