Using Two-Factor-Authentication on your account and want to make sure your user accounts are safe and secure? Make 2FA mandatory for all associated accounts by enabling this option in your administrator account settings. Next time a user tries to log into their account, they will be prompted to enable 2FA. This is an Enterprise feature only.

Make 2FA obligatory for your users Admin Subaccounts
A recurring topic for our support team are company accounts no longer accessible due to admins who have left the company, or are currently on leave. This situation can easily be avoided by assigning a subaccount to a trusted colleague or generic e-mail address, so they may manage and access the account without issues.
