How do I (de)activate regular reports in my account?

Log into your account

Please log into your account on our QR Platform.

Free Accounts

As a free user, go to your account settings by clicking My account in the top-right corner. Then, use the toggle button to control your monthly reports.

Starter and Premium Accounts

Users

Click Account in the top-right corner of your account, go to Notifications / Reports and set the option for Receive Reports.

Subaccounts

To activate regular reports for subaccounts, click Account in the top-right corner, go to Subaccounts and hit Edit next to the subaccount in question.

In the detail section of an account you can now set the option for Receive Reports.

Log into your administrator account

Please log into your administrator account on our QR Platform.

Administrators

To have reports for your White Label Account sent to the registered administrator E-mail address, click Account in the left-hand navigation bar and go to Notifications / Reports

Subaccounts

You can activate regular reports for subaccounts with the roles administrator and manager. To do so, click Account in the top-right corner, go to Subaccounts and hit Edit next to the subaccount in question.

Users

When in the User Overview of your White Label account, please click the pencil symbol next to the user you aim to edit.

Then, go to Notifications / Reports and set the option for Receive Reports.

Reports are created once per month.

Can I export or share my reports?

Yes. Reports are delivered by email. You can click on print and store them as a PDF.
