What are Audit trail logs?
Audit trail logs are used to keep track of critical events so you can see when, who and from where those critical events have been executed. For example, we track when a user creates or deletes a QR Code.
How do I access the logs?
Go to your account settings and scroll at the bottom. You will see a Log Button.
What is being logged?
- Action - see Action Types below
- User/Subaccount - which user or sub account has done the action
- Vanity URL - if a QR Code is involved in the action log the unique identifier of the QR Code
- Date - when was the action executed
- IP - from which IP address the action was executed
- Country - the country looked up from the IP address
- User Agent - which user agent was sent

The following action types are being logged in our system. You can also filter by a type or user
Delete Logs
- Delete - when you delete a single QR Code
- Reset - when you delete the trackings of a single QR Code
- Delete all - when you delete all QR Codes with the API
- Delete user - when you delete a user
- Delete media - when you delete an item from the media library
- Delete bulk - when you delete a set of QR Codes created with the bulk editor
- Delete leads - when you delete a lead submitted through a lead landing page
- Delete single tracking - when you delete a single scan from the statistics
- Delete template - when you delete a QR Code Design Template from the Designer Gallery
- Reset folder - when you reset the tracking statistics of a folder
- Delete folder - when you delete a folder where you have QR Codes organized
User
- Created user - when you create a user in a white label platform
- Move user - when you move a QR Code from one user to another
- Api key roll - when you do an API key roll for a secret API key
QR Codes
