Introduction
Easily share content, track GPS locations of your scans, set up a password protection, directly download or delete a QR Code when it's no longer needed. In this article, we’ll give you a quick overview of the most useful and generally available features you’ll find when creating or managing your QR Codes — so you can get even more out of every scan.
How to access your QR Codes' Options Tabs
1. Enter your QR Code or Landing Page Overview
To view either an overview of your QR Codes or of your Landing Pages, click the appropriate button in the left-hand Main Navigation Menu.

Choose the QR Code you want to check and hit the Options button, located below the QR Code's Vanity URL. These options only apply to this single QR Code.
For the whole bulk of mass-generated QR Codes, some options can be set with one click instead of having to go through each Code, as described here.
Click `Options` to open a QR Code´s Options Tab.
After opening a QR Code´s Options Tab, you may check and change all accessible QR Code settings. As a White Label Administrator you can set permissions for your users, determining which options they may use or not.

Let's go through all QR Code options generally available to users.
Download
Hit Download to directly access the Download Tab for this QR Code, without going through the QR Design Tool. Just choose the desired file format and get your QR Code as-is.

If you want to create or apply a design your QR Code before downloading it, click Design QR. The QR Design Tool will open.
Click ´Design QR` to first create or apply a design get your QR Code.
Apply a design to your QR Code in your Design Tool. Afterwards, you can directly download your newly designed QR Code.Statistics
View the agglomerated data collected for your QR Codes by clicking the Statistics button in a QR Code's Option Tab.
Click ´Statistics` to access a QR Code's Statistics Page.
View detailed statistics of your QR Codes´ by accessing their Statistics Page.
Alternatively, you can also click on the number of requests in the QR Code Overview to access detailed statistics.Edit
To edit a QR Code's target URL(s), files, or Landing Page, click Edit in the QR Code's or Landing Page's Options Tab. What exactly and how it can be changed (and how the Edit button looks) depends on the QR Code Type.
If you want to change a QR Code's target(s), hit this button.
In this instance, an App QR Code's target URLs may be changed by the user while in the edit mode. You can tag your QR Codes to better keep track of their use or the specific campaign they belong to by hitting Tag. You can also filter your QR Codes for a given tag, or view summarized statistics for all QR Codes tagged with it.
Assigned tags have no bearing on the QR Code or its functionality.
Assign tags to your QR Codes to help you in organizing them.
´Apps´ has already been assigned as tag, ´Products´ shall be next. Or will we click ´Cancel´ instead of ´Add´?
By hitting this button, you can access a specific tag's sub menu, offering further actions (and yes: we clicked ´Cancel´).
Call up summarized statistics for all QR Codes with, or filter your QR Codes for, a specific tag. Hit ´Delete´ to erase the tag from a QR Code; X closes the sub menu.Share
Always wanted be more social but don't want to talk to people? Just share your Short URLs with your friends, followers or fans on Social Media or via other channels! Click Share to access the Sharing Pane.
If applicable, a referrer will be added to the URL in order to track in the statistics, via which specific shared link a user accessed it.

Choose one of the various ways to share your QR Code's Short URL with other people. Delete
You own a QR Code you neither use nor need its statistics any longer to be accessible in your account (for example because you downloaded them)? Delete unused QR Codes to free slots for new QR Codes in your account.
Remember: Deleting a QR Code also deletes its collected tracking data. Save your statistics locally before deleting if you want to keep them.
Delete unneeded QR Codes using this option.
Confirm your decision to delete a QR Code and its tracking data by hitting delete.
This QR Code has been successfuly eliminated; Take that, unneeded QR Code!
Alternatively, you can also mark QR Codes and choose "Delete" in the QR Code Action Dropdown to the top-right of the QR Code overview.Reset
Click Reset to set all statistics and tracking data back to 0 for this QR Code.

Confirm your decision to reset a QR Code's tracking data.
Information is power - unless unwanted. This QR Code's tracking data has been successfully deleted. GPS
If you want to know where your QR Code has been scanned, you can activate GPS tracking. For more information on this feature, please read this article.
By turning GPS on, you will be able to see where your QR Code has been scanned.
Confirm after reading. GPS will now be activated for this QR Code.Location
If your QR Code will be displayed at a fixed location, you can add the GPS data or address to your QR Code by using Edit Location. This has no bearing on the QR Code or its functionality.
If you know where your QR Code will be displayed, you can add the information to your QR Code.
Enter the address or Lat/Lng and map the location to a QR Code.
Success!
To show the location on a map, please connect your API Key.

Have a notification E-Mail sent whenever this QR Code is scanned. You can choose where the notification should go and have to confirm the E-Mail address in question for the notifications to work.

Learn when a certain QR Code has been scanned by getting notified about it.
Enter a valid E-Mail address that can be accessed by whomever shall be informed about scans of this QR Code. Remember to save.
After saving, the address needs to be confirmed for the setting to take effect. Move to folder
Forgot to create the folder you want a QR Code to be in before creating the QR Code? No problem! Just use Move to folder and everything will be as desired.
Click here to move your QR Code to a specific folder.
Choose or create a folder to move your QR Code to.
Alternatively, you can also mark QR Codes and choose ´Move to folder´ in the QR Code Action Dropdown to the top-right of the QR Code overview.URL Monitor
Deactivate the URL Monitor if you don't want to be informed if your target URL is unavailable. For more information, please read this article.
By default, the URL Monitor is active.

Medium
Set a value for the medium you plan to use a certain QR Code on. This is only for your internal organization and has no bearing on the QR Code or its functionality.
Click here if you want to add the medium to a QR Code.
Choose where the QR Code will be used.
This QR Code will be printed on a flyer. This just an internal information.Password
You can password-protect your QR Codes. To do so, click Password in your QR Code's options. Once set, the QR Code will only forward to the target URL after the defined password has been entered.
There are no password requirements for QR Code passwords.
Click here if you want to add the medium to a QR Code.
Check the box, enter your intended password and set it.
Success! No unauthorized party may ever access this target URL via this QR Code again (or at least until the protection has been removed).

You may duplicate any QR Code in your list by clicking Duplicate. A copy with a random Vanity-URL and without any designs applied will appear.
Add a copy of a QR Code to your list.

Remember that you cannot duplicate your QR Codes if you have no QR Codes left in your account´s quota.Change Type
Have an old, now unscanned MP3 QR Code (after the billionth scan, everyone just has the song!) that is still in circulation? Change its type by using Change Type in your QR Code's options, and use it as you see fit; don't let all your valuable printed QR Codes go to waste!
